Speakeasy Inn Key West Guest Reviews

Our whole company came down for our Christmas party December of  04, we rented every room at the Inn! We have stayed in Key West before, but now this is the only place we will stay! What can I say, it is uptown away from all the bustle of Mallory Square, the folks were wonderful and the place was perfect. If you want a quaint and relaxing place to stay in the heart of it all, look no further than the Speakeasy Inn! Simply the best! We are planning a yearly trip to Key West and would not stay anywhere else.

The rooms are as nice as they look in the virtual tours here. The best beach on the island is steps away, it's quiet even being right on Duval, there's a couple of great pools close by that can be used, and the prices are great. We found them on See A Room and booked directly with Mark at the front desk. He was there to greet us when we arrived and is a great guy. I recommend the Speakeasy and See A Room.Com to everyone. The Speakeasy Inn located right on Duval Street, and personally my favorite end of Duval, has great rooms, a wonderful location, cheap rates & cigars...what more can you ask for? Tom is great & makes you feel right at home. Located on the "right" end of Duval...short walk to the happening & noisy side. Next to Alice's at La Te Da Restaurant...nice place. The cleanliness of the entire complex was great. You know how sometimes you can smell the people before you. It usually takes me a couple of days to get over that one and to start having fun. At this accommodation I walked in and felt no remnant past of people whom had stayed in the past. So naturally I had a great time right off the bat. My boyfriend liked it to. He liked the location better than the cleanliness. But I think this experience has taught him a lesson or two about staying in an Inn rather than a name brand hotel. We will be back and will bring another couple next time. The gardens and atmosphere beckon a cocktail and light conversation.
