This is a little B&B on Eaton st. just a short walk from Duval St. Location is great for a number of reasons: parking- there's a parking garage around the corner and this is a better area to park on street and actually find something. Close to the action but- You can get away and not hear all the noise from the bars that are open until 4 am. We can hang with the best of em' but sometimes you do want to crash early so again being close is the best. They have a little dipping pool and a hot tub which is great for those long days and nights. In the end we found this little place perfect as far as quality, friendliness, and all important price. They only have a few rooms so you get good service and the whole experience has a good vibe. Don't fall for some of the competitors undercutting these guys by a few bucks, trust me you'll be sorry, I've been down that road. My wife found the Knowles House on your site and I let her take
care of the travel research. She called me in to look at the virtual tour and
I'm always skeptical of pictures. I just wanted to drop you guys a line
and let you know I wasn't disappointed in the least. This place was great. Great
rooms, location, amenities, everything. The pool was a "dipping pool" which
means no laps but that's all I do in a pool anyway is dip. Homerun in my book.
